WORK WITH THE TOOLS THAT ALREADY MATTER

Open to connection.

Use familiar tools through native interfaces and controlled adapters, without creating disconnected copies of business records.

CONNECTIVITY ARCHITECTURE

With what does ManageR work?

Integrations are planned capabilities and architectural directions. Their availability must be verified in the actual product before public launch.

Documents and Office

ManageR Files stores identities, versions and permissions. Collaborative editing can be connected through suitable WOPI-compatible editors such as Collabora Online, with proper licensing and deployment.

Mail and calendars

Provider adapters for Microsoft or Google APIs and standard email protocols can support one ManageR Mail view, subject to OAuth, scopes, synchronization and provider limitations.

Drawings and media

IFC-aware 3D viewers, SVG/PDF blueprints, photo annotation and standard audio/video playback can work with files stored by ManageR.

Enterprise data

Versioned API, event/outbox patterns, imports and exports allow existing ERP/CRM/finance tools to connect with explicit ownership and mapping rules.

AI and automations

MCP tools and a permission-aware semantic layer give AI clients controlled access to authorized data. They do not replace the application API.

Mobile and offline

Offline storage, scoped record packages and signed synchronization support field work, while the central database remains authoritative within the defined conflict policy.

NOT EVERY APP CAN BE EMBEDDED

Native when possible.
Integrated when necessary.

Browser security, licensing and provider policies may prevent opening a third-party web app in an iframe. The product should therefore offer a consistent native workspace or a safe, clearly labeled external window when full embedding is not permitted.

Official support and actual functionality must be tested for each integration. Compatibility labels belong in a versioned catalog rather than marketing promises.
